Buy from a Lamplighter: 32 emeralds for 1 Phial of Galadriel. Requires Friend Harmony (+10) and Elf-friend Renown (15).
Usage
Hold offhand to create level-14 light in nearby available air and repel spiders and cave spiders within 8 blocks. It does not replace plants, solids or fluids.
